2. hardly the end of the world, and the accommodations are fine - not great and not terrible - and yet, I find myself wondering what does it mean to make a hotel reservation? Given that we had made the reservation earlier that day, we would have chosen a different hotel had we known this would be the case.

4. Lobby and hallway music loud and in bad taste--loud rap and hard rock is not what I want to hear on a Sunday night after a very long day.
