The hotel itself has a really nice lobby area, but the room itself was rather rundown, with wallpaper peeling off in places, carpet with worn-through spots and cigarette burns, mismatched paint in the bathroom where the ceiling had been patched - close to being seedy but not quite, you could tell it once looked really nice but now it just reminds you of a has-been star in desperate need of a facelift and a style update.
