2. The power outlets are all filthy, the paint has been patched in places with different colors, the tub faucet is falling apart and rusted out, the shower head is mounted out nearly 2 inches from the chipped tile that's been painted over and is now peeling.

4. Sure the lobby looks nice, but once you make your way to the rooms it gets absolutely filthy.
