1. The problem was that the kitchen where the food was prepared was located on the other side of the hotel so the restaurant staff had to schlepp the food a long distance before it was served.

2. The HVAC unit in my room is very loud and when it starts up it's very annoying, that's probably the biggest problem and probably why I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're a light sleeper (unless it's during the spring/fall and you don't need it).
