1. The windows open and the most wonderful, refreshing Dallas spring time breeze blowing through was just awesome (and surpringely not that noisy for being downtown and close to the free way).

5. Another plus is that this is not a noisy hotel (not much outside street or traffic noise can be heard), not a party palace like the Hyatt Reunion.
