4. My only complaint about our room was that one side faced east and the bathroom window was not adequately covered so the morning sun lit up the whole room.

5. My only complaint is that we were on the 5th floor and could hear the bass of the nightclub in the basement on Saturday night.

6. My only room service complaint is the ambiguous 19% 'service charge', is this gratuity that goes to the waiter, does it go to the hotel? If you're going to auto-grat the bill should either be totaled and you just sign it or the bottom should should sub-total, grat, additional grat (that you can fill in or not) and total.

7. My only complaint about the rooms are that the beds are so comfortable that it does make getting up in the morning, if you have to go to work, so hard.
