1. The roof top pool was not as pretty as the website picture and was not spotlessly clean :-( The only other unfortunate thing was only one restaurant option downstairs.

2. More than once, I was woken by a passing train in the wee hours of the morning during my stay, which is unfortunate because the staff really does seem to try to make this a pleasant experience.

3. unfortunately, its convienience for trade shows and local conventions together with great personal service is where the positive aspects of this property cease.
