4. when I complained(everyday) about the lack of internet, they would just stand there with a stupid grin on their faced( all of them) and say they would re set the internet(which never worked).

6. Staff was friendly until I'd had enough and commented on the quality of the hotel guestrooms and lack of refrigerators and all they had to say was sorry and put ice in your sink for your food leftovers.
