1. This trip I was pleasantly surprised by a complementary tray of chips and salsa, candied walnuts, chocolates, and gummy bears waiting for me in the room, along with an upgrade to Marriott Rewards gold status.

The hotel website promises Marble and brass fixtures, we got chrome and Formica, they promise bathrobes, Starbucks coffee, and a CD player alarm clock, we never saw that, They offer our choice of Mineral water, chardonnay, or Merlot on arrival with chips and sauce or mixed nuts, never got that either.
