1. Same issue again on the third night, except now the bathroom smells like mold.

7. Due to stressful car issues, we didn't end up having any spa treatments (they probably would've helped) or doing any sightseeing, so we just relaxed as much as possible in the hotel.

8. Maintenance issues were not addressed, the valets were difficult to locate and not always friendly, the front desk was not responsive to our complaints or knowledgeable about the area.

10. Air conditioners on sensors are an issue if you are interested in returning to a room that is a certain temperature or if you would like to sleep at a certain temperature.
