However, the spa consistently couldn't seem to handle our group reservations; they were late in starting appointments, 4 of the 6 of us had incorrect agendas, and one of the nail technicians chose to yell at two of the girls for the spa's mix up and confusion, saying 'all day your group has been confusing us.
