5. Normally, I don't hold airport hotels to a very high standard, and even with my lenient expectations, this hotel disappointed.

6. fine, but when does an 11 year old usually wander around at 4:30 in the morning asking for shuttles if she's not really needing one (especially after I asked several times and listed it as a request on my reservation)?Again, no big infractions, just disappointing when all put together combined with being a Hilton and that I paid in the 130 range.
