1. The TV selections are standard, the wifi is ok if a little slow and the 'fitness center' is one broken treadmill, an elliptical trainer and a small weight machine.

2. The thermostat must have been broken because even though I set the temp at 70, the room would continually reach 90 before I'd turn it off; I tried using the cool feature set at 70, but again, we'd be 90 before long.
