1. Other than that snafus, the hotel was pretty clean, a little worn, but the front desk people were very polite and helpful.

4. The entrance area of the building was tired looking: the concrete walks and curbs were cracked and worn, the finish on door handles and hardware were worn to the bare metal, the glass by the revolving door was shattered and held together with duct tape, caulking and paint were in bad repair.
