5. In my opinon even though there are several places within walking distance, I would not consider them walkable due to the fact that there are no sidewalks and being in Ohio you never know when the weather might turn bad.

6. I requested this room level based on some other posters recommendation and also because there was a big gathering family reunion people in the lobby and I wanted to make sure I was on a floor that they were not:) Maybe negative reviewers had a bad room or are just too picky.

7. The only bad thing was a wet spot on an area of the carpet, but wasn't bad enough to bother us.

8. The entrance area of the building was tired looking: the concrete walks and curbs were cracked and worn, the finish on door handles and hardware were worn to the bare metal, the glass by the revolving door was shattered and held together with duct tape, caulking and paint were in bad repair.
