1. After wading through a sea of wedding guests and waiting endlessly for the elevator,we ended up in an upper floor of the wrong tower, and had to go all the way back down and around to find the entrance to the other tower.

3. There is nothing inherently wrong with it, but I would never give it the glowing reviews that 'others' have (possible ballot box stuffing? Who knows?)Would I recommend it? Sure.

5. I checked in at around 11:30pm, I was given the wrong room number with the key card; I specifically asked for a king and was given 2 full beds.
