2. The location was close to the airport so a little further away from shops and things like that but not a major inconvenience for me as I drove everywhere I needed to go.

The phone was immediately answered by a cheery lady who not only expressed compassion for my circumstances and secured me a room at the Cleveland airport Marriott, but began immediately thinking of creative ways in which to decrease my costs, which, because of the delay and inconveniences caused by Continental airlines and their rude staff, were becoming more significant and unexpected by the moment.

9. We didn't get in our room until late and it was midnight before we finally realized the thermostat wasn't working, so we couldn't report it until the next day but the staff was very nice about the whole thing and apologized for our inconvenience.
