1. The fitness room was above average and the pool and hot tub seemed nice, the only problem it was too crowded, espically the hot tub, where a group of adults brought there beers down and made a evening of it,,we checked 4 different times, then gave up.

3. Machinery in general was a problem: the in-room refrigerator had such a loud buzz that I had to unplug it to sleep.

4. The rooms were nice, the only problem was the doors on the bath room slid back and forth instead of opening and closing.

6. That was not necessarily the major issue; the major problem was that they also *turned off their phones* at that moment and did not answer ONE phone call over the next 72 hours to any of their customer service lines, including their Elite Desk.

7. I pointed it out to the cleaning service and the problem was fixed the next day.
