1. At 630am I call the front desk and let them know that I called last night, nobody came and they still have a wet hallway and I have a noisy, wasteful toilet.

2. The Millennium is in a great location, but the front desk employees are rude, rooms and corridors are dirty, a 20-30 minute wait each time you need an elevator, room service food was cold, rooms are small, and very noisy.

8. Bath tub caulking is stained; air conditioning is noisy, no fridge in the room, bathroom paint peeling, carpet stained, need I go on? One night I turned the room heater on and the smoke alarm came on.
