3. I made reservation in april of this year for july 30th of this year when arrived at the hotel I was told me that I couldnt park in there garage because they only had parking lefted for people that was with the convention so didnt know what else to do I had to drive miles away to park I had to walk back to the hotel which was miles with my dog and luggage then when we make it back to the hotel the line was so long the valet and the rest of the employee was only helping people in the convention I paid my money to but It didnt seems to matter the staff was very rude they kept saying mangment wasnt available It was a nightmare people was loitering in side and out It didnt seem like a hotel seems more like a party.
