On the positive side, we never had to wait long on an elevator, we
barely
heard our neighbors, and we had a fridge for keeping water cold (not sure if all rooms have them).

The agents were unfriendly,
barely
made eye contact and seemed to thoroughly hate their jobs (in addition to being incompetent).

The room we got had
barely
a full size bed (somewhere between twin and full) and the room was so tiny it just fit the bed.
