1. Huge washroom with double sinks but there was no door to washroom which was a little annoying.

2. There were some things we found annoying: they did not have change ready at the front desk (for tipping the valet) and they completely forgot about our room service order (and did not apologize for it when we called about it.

3. When we arrived, the valet parking was completely backed up so we had to circle around the block a few times-pretty annoying.

4. The hotel was fabulous: beautiful marble lobby and bar, large room, comfortable setting, etc (Our AC made some annoying clicking noises but I`m willing to overlook that.
