1. They were defensive and somewhat rude about the situation.

2. mind you this was after 6pm at night and no rooms cleaned and ready???? Once we got past the extremely rude and ignorant front desk nightmare (our questions were ignored by the staff as if they didnt hear us, they talked amognst themselves), we arrived at our 'room'.
