1. thinking it was an isolated incident (bedbugs were later found in my luggage after I arrived home-had I known I would have complained which would have fallen on deaf ears anyway).

2. and it should be free because you could not get on line anywhere in the hotel i went to the front desk and complained about this and the girl told me sorry there was nothing she could do.

3. I was upgraded to a suite, so how can I possibly complain?This is an older property that has been refurbished recently.
