This was the only hotel we've stayed at in the last two years (over 75 different hotels) that hasn't had a least one mechanical
problem
in our room.

Not sure if this mix-up was on the online end of registration or an overbooking, but (Kara, I think that was her name) quickly fixed the
problem
by giving us two rooms for the price of one.

We were able to do all of the Thanksgiving food shopping, keeping the items in our room's refrigerator, thus solving the
problem
of obtaining our Daughter's apartment key and multiple trips there to place the food in her refrigerator.

My bank rep and I phoned her back in an attempt to work through the
problem
and once again, Candace was her same rude self to both of us.

s and I had to leave early and they did not charge me for the extra night although I checked out at around 5PM and kept my things in the room all day.
