1. (The only caveat to this statement is that it is very difficult to get to on a Panthers home-game Sunday because of the proximity of the stadium and the related traffic.

2. The only drawback is that if you like a very dark room at night or in the AM, the shades are a bit difficult when trying to block out all of the light - a guest before me seemed to have used duct-tape to try and help.
