2. The two bedroom was very nice and in good condition very clean- I'm a stickler for clean hotel room and I had no complaints- there is a queen in each bedroom and each bedroom has its own bath it also has a pullout sofa in the living room.

3. How inflexible is that? Im supposed to be one of their 'preferred' member guests- if they have the room available (which they did), why not just make everybody happy? Whatever- that's really my only complaint.

5. My only complaint is that they do the make your own waffle thing and they put the 2 waffle makers in the tiny room with everything else so everyone who is waiting for a waffle is just milling around and being in the way.

7. Our only complaint was the Sunday we were there (we stayed from Sat-Mon) they were cleaning all the carpets & couches in the hotel so when we got back to our room everything was wet.
