1. My room backed to the highway and you do get a bit of road noise and like many Courtyards, the HVAC system is in the 'wall' to the outside and can be a bit noisy when it turns on/off.

2. Two issues, both relatively minor:I was awakened on two consecutive nights at around 2AM by loud crunching/banging noises that seemd to come from outside.

3. If you are sensitive to noises or sleep with the balcony window open, be prepared for train whistles and grinding wheels every hour or so after midnight.
