3. It was conveniently close for that purpose, but I'm assuming most people actually want to see Boulder, in which case this hotel is kind of far away and a bit hard to find.

6. The hotel is hard to see from the main street in front (Pearl Pkwy) and there is no sign readily visible from that street as to where the hotel entrance is.
