1. While customer service during our stay for the most part was great, we did encounter some staff at the reception desk & valet that acted as though our request to check in or have our car valet were an inconvenience to them.

2. Another slight inconvenience was a rather crowded spa women's waiting area on a weekend -- 10 women waiting and chatting in a medium size lounge isn't exactly serene -- however, it was the mother-daughter sorority weekend.
