3. The only downsides were somehwat scatterbrained service during breakfast at Jill's (the restaurant) but I supect trainees were the culprit, as the chefs stepped up as soon as they realized orders were getting mixed up and not getting delivered on time.

4. The only other downside was that the hotel backs up to a busy street, which kind of messes with the ambiance a little but the rooms are well-insulated so there is very little street noise.
