Bad things: very dated room, poorly equipped (oven but no pots or pans; coffee filters, cups and coffee but no coffee maker (and they couldn't get one for us)); room was clean but smelt musty; the T from here is extremely slow (>30 minutes to Hynes convention centre, nearly an hour to MGH or Harvard Square).

3. The trolley ride is very very slow and tedious and I found the green B line trains to be the most infrequent.

4. There is a T stop about a block away, but the 'B' line (Comm Ave) is incredibly slow, stopping on nearly every street corner.
