1. The only issue was that the breakfast foods / area was cleaned up and put away consistently before the 10:00 am posted times.

2. issues were - toilet ran, light over bed had to be toggled on/off/on/off repeatedly to get it to work, bathtub had rusty soap dish (30% Rust - not just a spot).
