1. The other negative is that the property is a little out of the way for the main Boston sights, about a 30 minute subway ride to government center (a major depot for all lines) and about 50-60 minutes from the airport.

2. negative: given that I was not expecting a resort, I really have nothing negative other than we were awoken at 8am on Monday morning by the rehab of a nearby room.

3. * the price was reasonable * we had adjoining rooms with little kitchenette that we didn`t use, but that could be helpful* relatively clean basic lodging*free wi fi worked great * free parking the negatives * The bed were HARD AS STONE.
