6. A downer : there was construction work right below our window (starting around 10 pm till somewhat after midnight I think) and we had a hard time to fall asleep because of the noise.

The complimentary continental breakfast [coffee, tea, juices, cold hard boiled eggs, cereals, bagels/bread via the slowest toaster known to man, yogurts, oranges/apples and some breakfast pastries with a self serve waffle maker Sun] was quite adequate but seating limited - easy to take tray up to one's room.

9. One reason the staff at reception may appear unfriendly is that, in my opinion,reception is under-staffed and they (or in our case one single female) are working so hard answering phones,checking people in and out, answering queries etc.
