4. I wasn't going to go out of my way to write a negative review of this hotel, however since the Chandler Inn actually e-mailed me requesting that I post to TripAdvisor, I've decided to oblige them.

7. The guy at the desk was quite helpful, and there was free coffee and tea in the lobby :) The only negative I would mention is that the Chandler Inn is located near the Massachusetts Turnpike.

10. Only negative comment is that the windows do not give much sound insultation and as the hotel is above a bar and on a busy bus route you should come prepared with ear plugs.
