1. It seemed at first like an inconvenient location (most people stay downtown, near the water, in Back Bay or Copley Square) but using Google maps, I found that it's only 2 blocks from the Back Bay station and there's a bus stop right around the corner.

2. We had a small problem with the bathroom that was repaired promptly -- and they took off the surcharge for the refrigerator to apologize for the inconvenience.
