4. You really cannot go wrong with this location - close to our convention center (about 10-15 minute walk) and close to Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market (about 5 minute walk).

7. Something is wrong with the TV system (which is the exact same as at the R-C), so that it is hard to find services other than the standard TV stations.

9. The hotel is pretty much a self service environment, if your expecting the Ritz Carlton this is the wrong place for you, if you want a good room and a good price in a great location this hotel is the deal.
