1. However, the hotel rooms are very tiny and the service was lacking--the first night our TV didn't work at all; they fixed it the second night but the reception was terrible on the TV--barely watchable.

Who honestly wants to bathe in a hotel tub where dozens of people have already sloshed around?The only complaint I would have would be the lack of irons in each room (there's a community closet on each floor with a few) and that you CAN hear a little bit of sound from the other rooms if people are being loud enough.
