1. Used the valet parking as other reviews indicated self parking was difficult to get to.

6. Was difficult to get refund or an apology from the hotel for their error in failing to notify us of the voucher (apparently this was my fault) and still had go back to the garage to settle up the difference.

7. The Club Quarters was in prime location (5 minute walk to City Hall or Quincy Market) and though difficult to find (and parking wasn't well explained), it was perfect for this trip.

8. Although the hotel was difficult for our GPS and us to find, particularly because there was construction at the small entrance, the rooms were comfortable and the location worked well for walking the Freedom Trail and visiting other downtown attractions.

9. There was a smaller LCD tv on a swivel mounted on the wall (we had a difficult time getting it to turn on our entire stay, but we weren't in the room much anyway).
