1. The problem with the room was that we booked a Pure room which is to be allergin free and it cost quite a bit extra to book this type of room.

5. A drop in to see our favorite Guest Service Supervisor found us a room, and as SHE had done so many problem solving non-isses over the years - WE will ALWAYS choose this hotel.

7. Our flight didnt depart until 4pm so we got a late checkout at 1 and stashed our luggage at the front desk without problems until it was time to take the 't' to the airport.

8. of 08 at one price, it came down considerably by 2 wks before ($143 as opposed to $209) for a 1 bdrm, same with the 2 bdrm, only problem was if you called them to change rate, you had to do all on line: reserve/cance old one.

9. The swimming pool was tiiinnny --- but then who comes to Boston to swim when you`re from Florida? We had problems with our shower but the maintenance guy came and fixed it right away.
