2. The hitelis dirty, the beds are horrible, most items in the rooms are broken or un disrepair and the staff, all of them and consistently, the rudder and least helpful I have encountered.

5. The only negatives were: 1) One of the 2 bathrooms needed toilet paper and the sink was slightly dirty upon arrival; 2) Indoor pool - the tiles surrounding the pool are polished ceramic tile, as slippery and dangerous as you can get.
