If this assitant manager had even made an attempt to acknowledge the
error
, apologize, something it might not had been so upsetting to us.

However, our bank was in the process of providing new debit cards from a new vendor and we were unfortunately stuck temporarily without a debit card or access to cash in our primary account because of a bank
