1. unfortunately we were there for the black out in March from a fire several blocks away, so we came back to a dark hotel and had to make do with flashlights in our room.

5. I don't remember a lot about the room itself unfortunately because I stayed there one night just before a 7-day New England/Canada cruise but, the concierge/bell-hop was very helpful and attentive.

9. We unfortunately were placed in a smoking room; however there was very little cigarette smell in the room of hallways - if we were in a non-smoking room I am not sure we would have noticed.
