1. I went with my school, the rooms are ok I guess, not a huge choice of tv channels, really loud radiator (wouldn't turn off), there is no wifi in the rooms (seriously? EVERY hotel has free wifi, we are already paying enough for the rooms) but there is slow wifi in the lobby only.

3. Spent $13 on internet only to discover the download speeds are so slow it took 2 hours and 40 minutes to download a 21 minute sales video.

5. We were particularly disappointed with the lack of restaurant as this hotel only has a sort of take out shop with very limited food and staff that are extremely slow and reluctant to serve.

Pros:- staff are very friendly and helpful- rooms are clean- free Doubletree cookies- free shuttle is handy for airport users and those using rail at South StationCons:- rooms are old (wallpaper is coming off in some areas)- walls are paper-thin; can hear conversations in the corridor and other rooms very clearly - as if there was no wall at all- bathroom is like a sauna (very poor ventilation)- wifi is $13 a day- business centre is old; keyboard was broken and computers are slow- breakfast is very average.

Advantages- Relatively clean- Economical- On-site (but disorganzied) Au Bon Pan open for breakfast, lunch and dinner- Nearby restaurant offers free van service- Small bar- Limited hotel shuttle- Relatively fast cab service- Helpful front desk- ATMDisadvantages- Really need a car or take a short walk to the 'T' since not much is in walking distance- Rooms are a little worn but still work- Public areas are more worn- HVAC blows right on desk work area- slow Internet in business center.

8. Other negatives:- slow check-in- loud a/c- location - far from downtownand the pluses:- comfortable bedI would probably not stay here again - i hope this is not a good representation of other Doubletree`s.
