3. Some of the negative comments were regarding the shuttle services which we did not use so cannot comment (I did however witness a family at the counter very upset that the shuttle would not be recalled to pick them up when in fact they missed the pick-up time.

7. The only "real" negative comment I am going to add is they told us we had to give them a deposit in case we rented movies, phone calls, or used the internet inside the room.

8. Only negatives where that the Au Bon Pain was frequently understaffed leaving long lines and up to 20 min wait just to get a bagel.
