We brought this to the front desk's attention the next morning before leaving for the airport and the man at the front desk said that quite a few people regularly complain about the
lack
of temperature control in the rooms.

We were particularly disappointed with the
lack
of restaurant as this hotel only has a sort of take out shop with very limited food and staff that are extremely slow and reluctant to serve.

lack
of restaurant, though the Au Bon Pain in the hotel offers pizza and hot sandwiches as well as breakfasts.
