1. There is a restaurant/bar onsite which was having a loud party into the early hours of the morning one of the nights of our stay, making for a poor night's sleep.

5. It seemed simple housecleaning tasks overlooked, we had to call for someone to replace a light bulb for the main lighting in the room (the room had poor lighting all around) and we had less than one roll of toilet paper leaving us with none to use in the morning.
