1. Zero friendliness, and I waited almost 10 minutes to check out since they had one person working on a weekend morning (while the 2 valets stood there & complained about customers).

9. The only complaints I had was there was no closet, just a wardrobe and more importantly to me, no luggage rack and that the air conditioner unit blew directly on you if you were working at the desk, which seems like I`m reaching to complain about something.
