1. Then the people in the adjoining room (which I will always remember to request NO adjoining room unless I know the people) decided to watch some comedy until 1am rather loudly (lot's of laugh tracks), which forced me to call the front desk and they came twice to tell them to turn it down.

2. Only at 7:30pm while putting to bed 3 kids who would be getting up at 5am for the meet the next morning did we realize how LOUD the hotel was.

3. - The guest room door closure mechanisms are worn out, allowing the doors to slam loudly when people entered and exited their rooms.

6. If you have three people, the person sleeping on the sofa bed, will hear everytime a neighbor closes the doors, will smell the breakast food on the 2nd floor (we were on the 7th), will hear loud banging at all hours of the night.

10. Found this hotel to be a little far out of town since we were there for leisure, shuttle service was on a set schedule which did not work for our schedule, Jazz club downstairs very loud, staff was very nice & helpful but seemed to be more catered towards the conference group that were staying in the hotel.
